British bass Brindley Sherratt is one of the most respected singers in the world of opera and is equally in demand on the concert platform around the world. It is rare, both in opera and in recital, for a bass to take centre stage, making this solo recital even more special and the programme on offer will showcase his truly amazing voice.

We are delighted to announce that award-winning mezzo-soprano Fleur Barron will be joining Brindley Sherratt and Julius Drake for this recital. You may remember Fleur from our Valentine’s Day concert in 2019 or have been lucky enough to see her perform more recently with the LSO, English National Opera or Garsington Opera. Whether you have heard her before or not, you should not miss the chance to hear her sing Mussorgsky's eternal fresh yet haunting Detskaya (The Nursery) in the splendid setting of Middle Temple Hall.

Please note the change of programme.
