Companion ticket
Anyone who is restricted in their ability to access the performances is eligible for one complimentary companion ticket. To request a companion ticket or to discuss your seating requirements, please contact us using the details above.
Onsite parking
If you require accessible parking please contact us using the details above to request a space. Please be aware that spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee the provision of an onsite parking space.
Step-free access
All of our venues have step free access. We can ensure that a space is allocated for ticket holders needing to stay in their wheelchair. We are also able to arrange storage of your wheelchair (please note however that all items are left at your own risk).
Large print programmes
If a large print programme containing programmes notes, biographies and where applicable song texts would be of use to you, please contact us on the details above at least two working days before the concert you are attending. These are charged at the same price as our usual programmes.
Hearing loops
All of our venues are fitted with hearing loops.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are allowed at all of our concerts. Please let us know in advance, using the contact details at the top of this page, if you will be bringing your dog and we will reserve you a seat with the necessary space.
