Terms and conditions of sale and attendance
Published performance details
All performance details are correct at the time of publishing. The TMF reserves the right to make any alterations to the published programme or to change the artists or programme as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Refunds will not be available as a result of changes to the published programme unless the TMF believes the change to be of a fundamental nature.
Latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable pause in the performance, determined by the Front of House staff. Latecomers will be asked to sit in designated seats in order to minimise disruption to the performance.
No photographic or recording equipment of any kind may be used in the auditorium without prior written permission from TMF.
Please ensure that all mobile devices are powered off during performances.
Events recorded for broadcast or live streaming
On some occasions, TMF or permitted third parties may wish to carry out filming or sound recording of a performance for broadcast or live streaming. By purchasing tickets you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you or any member of your party and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. There will be appropriate signage in the venue if an event is being filmed or recorded and this information will also be available on the TMF website.
The seating plan for each event can be viewed on the relevant webpage for that event. It is not possible to buy a ticket for a specific seat; when you buy a ticket it is for an area of seating according to the price bands shown on the seating plan.
Box office charges
There is a booking fee of £2 per order for all tickets bought via the website and over the telephone. The booking fee does not apply to tickets bought from the Box Office on the day of a performance.
There is a fee of £2 per ticket for reselling or exchanging tickets.
Re-sale of tickets
You can request TMF to offer your tickets for resale if the performance is sold out at all prices. If they are resold, the value of the tickets will be refunded minus an administration fee of £2 per ticket. Tickets cannot be accepted for possible resale less than 48 hours prior to a performance.
If a performance is cancelled, your tickets will be refunded.
If a performance is interrupted and does not continue, tickets will only be refunded if the interruption occurs before the interval.
Delivery and collection of tickets
When you buy tickets, you will be offered the option of having the tickets posted to you. If the concert for which you are booking is within 10 days of your purchase the tickets will be held at the Box Office and can be collected from 30 minutes before the start of the performance when the doors open. You may also choose to print your tickets at home or bring the e-ticket on your mobile phone.
Young people of 18 and under
Children aged 7 years and over, accompanied and supervised by an adult, are welcome at our performances. For all concerts we make reduced price tickets available for anyone aged 18 and under and for students. Student tickets are only available to buy over the phone or on the door. Student ID will be requested when the tickets are collected.
For anyone who is restricted in their ability to access the performances we offer a complimentary companion ticket. To request a companion ticket or to discuss your seating requirements, please telephone 020 7427 5641.

One of our core values is that all staff and those who attend our events should be treated with courtesy and respect. If you notice anyone who needs assistance, or you require assistance yourself, a steward or other member of staff will be happy to help you.
For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
TMF reserves the right to refuse admission.
TMF accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
