This year's Winter Festival opens with a duet recital in Inner Temple's wood-panelled Parliament Chamber. From the delicacy of Debussy's Petite Suite, through the sparkling brilliance of Mozart, the programme culminates in Schubert's great F Minor Fantasie, a profoundly beautiful work which shifts between major and minor, darkness and light, despair and hope. The perfect way to begin our journey through five days of superlative music in the Temple.
Debussy: Petite Suite
Mozart: Sonata in C major, K 521
Schubert: Fantasie in F minor, D 940
