Holy Week Festival 2023

Holy Week Festival 2023

In Holy Week, we present six exceptional concerts in the tranquillity of Temple Church. Its 12th century rotunda was modelled on the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. And so, there is perhaps no better time than Holy Week to savour some superlative music in the beauty and peace of this space.  To view the brochure click here.

Seven Last Words
Temple Soloists conclude their residency at the festival with a Good Friday performance of Haydn's extraordinary string quartet - a heartfelt meditation on the seven last words of Christ.

In between these performances will be the church's choral services for the Holy Week, sung by the Temple Church Choir and Temple Soloists. A brochure for this special week, listing all of the events taking place, will be published shortly.
